Become A Member

We welcome all to join our church when they sense God leading them to that decision by offering their profession of faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and by being baptized by immersion.

To join our church, come forward during the invitation hymn at the end of any worship service and meet with one of our pastors.

If you have already accepted Christ but have not yet been baptized by immersion, our pastors will gladly meet with you to help plan the best Sunday for your baptism.

If you were previously baptized by some other method (sprinkling or pouring) and/or made a previous profession of faith at another church, we will gladly affirm God’s previous work in your life during your immersion at Haymarket Baptist Church. Our pastors will be happy to meet with you to set up your baptism.

If you have previously been immersed and are a member at another church, we will gladly contact the church to let them know you have joined HBC by a transfer of membership.
